PHONO jack: Use an analog audio cable to connect either an MM or MC type cartridge
turntable.
Wireless antenna: Used for WI-Fi connection or when using a Bluetooth enabled device. Adjust
the angles according to the connection status.
ETHERNET port: Connect to the network with an Ethernet cable.
USB port: Connect a USB storage device to play music files ( →p66). You can also supply
power (5 V/1 A) to USB devices with a USB cable.
AC INLET: Connect the supplied power cord.
MM/MC switch: Switch to suit the turntable cartridge type (MM or MC).
GND terminal: Connect the ground wire of the turntable.
HDMI OUT jacks: Transmit video signals and audio signals with an HDMI cable connected to a
monitor such as a TV or projector.
HDMI IN jacks: Transmit video signals and audio signals with an HDMI cable connected to an AV
component.
DIGITAL IN OPTICAL/COAXIAL jacks: Input TV or AV component digital audio signals with a
digital optical cable or digital coaxial cable.
AUDIO IN jacks: Input AV component audio signals with an analog audio cable.
*For models that do not have a tuner, the “PC” jack is changed to a “TUNER” jack.
ZONE 2 PRE/LINE OUT jacks: Output audio signals with an analog audio cable connected
to an integrated amplifier in a separate room (ZONE 2).
MAIN PRE OUT jacks: Connect a power amplifier. ( →p22)
SUBWOOFER PRE OUT jacks: Connect a powered subwoofer with a subwoofer cable.
TUNER AM/FM terminal (North American models): Connect the supplied antennas.
TUNER DAB/FM terminal (European models): Connect the supplied antennas.
SPEAKERS terminals: Connect speakers with speaker cables. (North American and Japanese
models are banana plug ready. Use plugs with a diameter of 4 mm.)
*Connection with spade lugs is not supported.
