TX-RZ30 Basic Operations: Power and Input Selector

Turning the power on                                                                    
1. Press ON/STANDBY on the remote controller to turn on the power of the
unit.

• If the main unit is installed in a rack or cabinet with colored-glass doors, or if the doors are closed, the remote controller may not work normally.
You can also turn on the power of the unit with the following operations:
– Pressing ON/STANDBY on the main unit.
– Using the Onkyo Controller ( →p143) app
– Using the linking function (HDMI CEC) ( →p66)

Selecting a source to play                                                              
1. Press an input selector button on the remote controller to select a source.
For example, to play the device connected to the BD/DVD jack, press the BD/
DVD button. To listen to the audio of the TV, press TV button.

• When playing an external device connected with a digital cable, an HDMI cable, etc., the audio signal is first recognized. This means that you may not immediately hear the audio.
You can also select a source to play with the following operations:
– Pressing an input selector button on the main unit
– Using the Onkyo Controller ( →p143) app
