OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE:
To obtain warranty service, take or ship your ONKYO Product to an ONKYO Authorized Independent Service Center, together with a note describing your complaint and your copy of the dated purchase receipt. Repairs are not performed at our headquarters; all repairs must be performed by our ONKYO Authorized Independent Service Centers. For a list of ONKYO Authorized Independent Service Centers please go to; www.onkyousa.com, under Support or call Onkyo USA at 800-229-1687 for the location of an ONKYO Authorized Independent Service Center. Please also include in any mailing, a contact name, address and email address or telephone number. If you choose to ship your ONKYO product to an ONKYO Authorized Independent Service Center, all shipping arrangements must be made by you and all shipping charges and insurance must be fully prepaid. Any ONKYO product shipped in its entirety must be properly packaged to avoid shipping damage. Any shipping damage incurred as a result of improper or insufficient packaging will be the responsibility of the shipper. ONKYO will pay all return shipping charges for ONKYO products that have been serviced under this warranty. Any service or repair for items not covered by this limited warranty shall be at the Authorized Independent Service Center's rates and terms then in effect. Just purchased GX-NR6100 yesterday... Onkyo has again proven that it is a horseshit co... it's going back to Best Buy today.

EVERYTHING BAD YOUR READING IN THESE REPLIES ON HOW BAD OF PRODUCTS ONKYO RECIEVERS ARE IS TRUE !!!! I WISH ID HAVE READ THESE BEFORE PURCHASING MY PIECE OF JUNK !!! I HAVE HAD MY DENON FOR 20 YRS WITHOUT EVEN A PROBLEM ONE! I BUY A ONKYO AND AFTER BUYING ALL MY KLIPSCH SPEAKERS AND WAITING ON THEM TO COME IN 1.5 MONTHS AFTER RECIEVER I FINALLY GET TO HOOK UP AND PLAY (OR NOT) ? RECIEVER IS BROKE AND IM 15 DAYS OVER BEING ABLE TO SWAP IT OUT FOR ANOTHER ONE! SO NEW RECIEVER HAS TO BE SENT IN FOR REPAIR! SUPPOSED TO BE 6 TO 8 WEEKS. THAT WAS 2.5 MONTHS AGO! AND I HAD TO PAY $80 MORE DOLLARS FOR THAT PIECE OF S..T TO BE SHIPPED THERE! AND YEP, GOOD OLD DENON IS STILL ROCKING THOSE KLIPSCH!!! BUYING ANOTHER DENON ON THE WAY AND WILL HAVE TO GIVE AWAY ONK-OOOO HEE-OONK HEE-ONK! !!! DONKEY C...P!!!

I am having serious trouble with my Onkyo receiver
Estoy teniendo serios problemas con mi recividor TX NR6100 ONKYO
I bought my TX-NR7100 about a year ago and this thing just crapped on me. No audio or video output. Tried to do a factory reset and now the damn thing doesn’t come out of diagnostic mode and is basically a paper weight. After doing research on Onkyo products I am seeing tons of issues with the chips. I will never buy another Onkyo product ever!
I felt the same way when my new receiver went down, than found out that it simply went into "Safe Mode" when I accidentally crossed two speaker wires check that out
My Onkyo TXR576 receiver suddenly doesn't have audio whatsoever anymore. But the indicator lights are on. Does anyone know the solution to this?

Unfortunately, A 807 there are no parts available to repair this model due to the age. To answer your inquiry about the remote, that also is no longer available.

I have a TX-NR636 receiver and sib & co speakers which are 6ohms. Which is recommend settings for that?

Unfortunately, without proper specs on the speakers I can't provide suggested settings. I would recommend contacting the speaker manufacture for suggestions on what the speakers are capable of handling. Then after you would be able to go within the receivers speaker settings to input in the configuration that would best fit for those speakers.

The speakers are Focal Sib & Co and are 6Ω. The receveirs manual says is compatible with this impedance but i dont know how can I configure it
I have search and this speakers are 8Ω. How can I configure it?

If you asking on how to set the TXNR636 speaker impedance for 6-8 ohms. Within the receiver menu under 2. Speaker setup, Speaker settings and then Speaker Impedance. In there you would select 6 ohms to handle both 6 and 8 ohm load that the speakers are capable to handle.
