TX-RZ50 - Troubleshooting: Dirac Live
If an error occurs during Dirac Live measurement, please try the following troubleshooting steps.

"An error has occurred. Please try again." An unexpected error occurred during login. Please log in again. |
DC2 |
"An error has occurred. Please try again." Unreadable characters were entered during login. Please enter your correct account name and password. |
DC4 |
"An error has occurred. Please try again." A timeout error was returned during login because the operation did not complete within the expected time. Please start from the beginning again. |
DC5 |
"An error has occurred. Please try again." If a time-consuming operation is canceled during login, a canceled error is displayed. Please start from the beginning again. |
DC6 |
"An error has occurred. Please try again." If an action is prompted while the login process is in progress, this error message will be displayed. Please start from the beginning again. |
DC7 |
"An error has occurred. Please try again." If the account name does not allow access to the specified license, this error message will be displayed. Please check if your login account name is correct. |
DC8 |
"An error has occurred. Please try again." If the version of this app is so old that you can no longer log in, you will get this error. Please upgrade the version of the application. |

"Authentication failed. Please check your account name and password." The account name or password cannot be authenticated. Please check your account name and password. |

"An error has occurred. Please try again." If entering ID (e-mail address) is already in use, this error is displayed. Please check if your account name is correct. |

This error is displayed when a device is recognized during the measurement process as being registered with another device with the same recognition number as the device. Please check your equipment and if everything is OK, please contact the service nearest you. |

"An error has occurred. Please try again." This error message is displayed when this device is recognized as unsupported during the measurement process. Please check if the device is a supported device. |
DU101 |
"An error has occurred. Please try again." This error is displayed when the device is unable to generate test tones for Dirac Live. Please contact our service to confirm that there is something wrong with the device. |
DU102 |
"The subwoofer itself may be too loud and it failed. Please adjust the subwoofer volume and measure again." The volume is too loud and it failed. The subwoofer itself may be too loud, adjust the volume and measure again. |
DU103 |
"An error has occurred. Please try again." This error is displayed when there are problems with the output of the test tones. If there is no problem with the connection, then something may be wrong with the equipment and please contact service. |
DU104 |
"The subwoofer itself may be too low and it failed. Please adjust subwoofer volume and measure again." The volume is too low and failed. The subwoofer itself may be too low, adjust it and measure again. |
DU105 |
"An error has occurred. Please try again." This error is displayed when there is a large delay in the signal input to the microphone. If there is no problem with the connection, then something may be wrong with the equipment and please contact service. |
DU106 |
"Measurement failed because the noise level was too high. Please measure again after reducing the environment noise." This error is displayed when there is a lot of noise around the microphone. Please lower the noise around the microphone and measure again. In rare cases, this error is also displayed when the test tone level is low, so please increase the volume of the test signal in the application. |
DU1001 |
"An error has occurred. Please try again." In the measurement process, if there is a network connection problem with the application or product, this error is displayed. Please check your network connection. |
DU1002 |
"An error has occurred. Please try again." In the measurement process, if the Dirac Live server is busy, this error is displayed. Please try the calculation again. |
DU1003 |
"An error has occurred. Please try again." |
DU1004 |
"An error has occurred. Please try again." In the measurement process, if the connection to the Dirac Live server is not established, this error message is displayed. Please check your network connection. If there is no problem, please contact our service. |

"An error has occurred. Please try again." In the measurement process, if the connection to the Dirac Live server is not established, this error message is displayed. Please check your network connection. If there is no problem, please contact our service. |
DU10001 |
"An error has occurred. Please try again." In the measurement process, if there is an authentication error with Dirac's server, this error will be displayed. Please check if the problem is caused by the license or not. If the problem is not, please contact the service. |
