May I ask what the version of the firmware that is within the unit? Also have you tried to reset the receiver to see if that is able to correct the issue that your currently having?

I have a NR-656 and it will not accept hdmi input from a nvidia T4080. The TV's display shows up all garbage. It works if I bypass the receiver and plug the TV in directly.
