On pages 20 and 21 within the owner's manual of the TXNR605 it talks about how to connect the speakers to the receiver, the standard way and Bi-amping to the front speakers. However, if you have already checked these pages out and are still having an issue on connecting your speakers please let me know and I can further assist you. If you are in need of help please provide me the following: how many speakers that are you are currently using and are you trying to connect via the bare wire or banana plugs?

I would appreciate if you can help me with my sr605. I have following issues. I applied to several service center in my city. But all tell that issues I experience is related to firmware. Issues: 1. Fans turn on and run forever after accidental restart. This happen once power control by TV is activated. There is no issue with TV. TV Samsung Frame 2020. 2. Zone 2 not working at all. I switch on, but no sound.
How I can get my receiver firmware updated independently? I cant find resourse to download firmware.

I'm sorry that you are having an issue with the receiver. What service center did you speak to because unfortunately, there is no firmware for the TXNR605 due to the age of the unit. Also looking into the parts and unfortunately those are discontinued. However, if you want to speak with our authorized service centers to see if there is anything that they can do due to the parts are not available, here is our link https://onkyo.com/service-centers, speak with them to see if they can provide you with an estimate on the evaluation on the unit. Or I would recommend looking into the TXNR6100 https://onkyo.com/search/results?keywords=txnr6100 which currently available for purchase from our website.
