Good morning Surojit,
Have you tried changing out the batteries? The one thing is that it can be the remote control or the sensor of the receiver. You can try this test of taking the remote and aim it to a camera and press the buttons to see if you are getting any lights on the screen of the camera. That is to show that the remote is sending out a signal. Due to the age of the TXDS494 the remote is no longer available nor are parts for the receiver if you were wanting to take the unit in for service.
