This is ridiculous. Why include a whole page with a QR code if it leads to nothing. I will not be buying from this company next time. Absolutely garbage integration and user support.

Completely disappointed. After following the brand for three models, I can't find the technical specifications for this one. I want to know the output voltage of the subwoofer connector, but it's not listed anywhere, not even on the manufacturer's website. I can't get my subwoofer to work, even though it accepts an input sensitivity of 0.775V. It's worth noting that it works correctly with other equipment from different brands. I'm very sorry, but I can no longer trust Onkyo.

Good morning Jonathan,
The subwoofer voltage 1 V/470 Ω (SUBWOOFER PRE OUT). We do provide this information within the TXNR696 owners manual on page 156.
As far as the issue that you are having with the subwoofer not working, the subwoofer itself, does that output sound when you apply pressure to the end of the RCA connection while it's connected to the subwoofer line input? If it does, reconnect the subwoofer back into the subwoofer pre out, run through the level calibration to see if you are getting a hum when it's selected. Also try increasing the levels on the subwoofer and the calibration to see if you are able to get sound to come through.
