This is the most disappointing customer service experience. My display does not work in my new Onkyo receiver and all I am doing is jumping through your hoops

Horrible customer service, my brand new reciever looks like it's playing space invaders on the reciever display.
New Onkyo receivers come with a 2 year warranty. Go to their website and search for authorized repair centers. Take the unit there and they'll look after the problem
This really is the worst customer support i have ever seen, plus it shows every receiver except the one i have. There's no other website they have in trouble shooting it doesn't have a variety of different problems to choose the manual says to contact customer support and i ended up here . Anyways does anyone know what I can do wen NG SHows up on my display nothing else comes on one day it just stopped working i can't even download the new firmware. Can someone please help me out
