DX-C390 - There is no sound.
The DX-C390 contains a microcomputer for signal processing and control functions. In very rare situations, severe interference, noise from an external source, or static electricity may cause it to lockup. In the unlikely event that this should happen, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet, wait at least five seconds, and then plug it back in again.
- Make sure to use a standard disc
- Check to make sure your connections are connected properly and secure
- Check your amp’s input source setting

is it possible to actually speak with a technician directly?
I can not get sound to the receiver. I try all plugs and inputs on receiver and they all are working. Disc changer will play disc but no sound

Hello Rigoberto Garcia Rodriguez,
Thank you for providing your troubleshooting steps that you had performed. Just to be sure, the sources that are producing sound through the receiver, have you taken those audio connections and used them on the DXC390 to be sure that it’s not the original audio cables being used on the player that is the issue for the no sound? However, if you are still having an issue, then it sounds like there is an internal issue with the player. When did you purchase the unit? Who is the dealer that you had purchased the unit from? I can let you know if you are under warranty before you going to the service center for repairs.
Thank you
Jennifer
