    All I want is the manual for the stereo I bought brand new from Best buy years ago so I can fully use it. I don't have a computer or printer!

    Unfortunately we don't have hard copies of the manual to send out. Only manual is online.

    The unit will not power up but getting power to the unit

    Hello Thomas,

    My sincere apologizes that your you unit is currently not working. If the TXSR393 is not powering up and the outlet that it is connected to is producing power for other devices then that would indicate that there is an internal issue with the unit. Here is a link https://onkyo.com/service-centers to our service centers that would be able to evaluate the unit and repair it. If you are under the 2 years from the date of purchase, provide your sales receipt to the service center and they will validate the warranty for coverage.

    @Ed Hawkins - you should be able to go to a local Staples, FedEx Office, or similar store and point them to this page. They should be able to print the PDF for you.
